   My history in job fairs dates back to the mid 80's where I was top producer in National sales with KCS & Associates in Chicago.  In 1989 I moved to Cincinnati to work for Career Expo, where again I proved consistently to bring in top sales for the company on a national basis. In 1998, I noticed a trend with job fair companies, including the one that I worked for.  They were cutting their advertising budgets to ‘save money’.  Clients were receiving less and less market branding and I felt that there needed to be a better solution.  So I left to form this company.

'Newspapers are the key to the success of our job fairs.'  This is the premise from which we built our company.  By giving ownership of our events to the newspapers in the markets we serve, we guarantee more advertising in Classifieds and ROP, than any other job fair event.

We provide the selling solution and the newspapers offer the advertising campaign and together, our professional sales force is attracting major employers to these highly advertised recruiting events.  We offer more newspaper advertising and local online promotions than any other job fair company, anywhere.  The concept that we built our company on in 1999, is carrying Expo Experts (and our newspaper partners) strongly into the new millennium. This is the winning combination that is raising the standard of job fairs.

   By 1999, having eight years as a highly effective account executive with the largest job fair company in the world taught me that far too much money was going into the job fair companies' pockets and not enough was going towards the necessary advertising campaign.
    In today's economy, it is harder to attract the level of candidate our clients want to see.  The ad campaign needs to be superior to all other efforts.
    EXPO EXPERTS offers me the opportunity to exercise my philosophy for providing the highest quality events, with the best advertising campaign and the most reasonable cost to our client customer!
